SNOW!!!

Mommy got a snow day today and decided to let me play for the first time in it!!! We've been getting this crazy white stuff for a week now and I hadn't had a chance to check it out. It was COLD!!! So I kept pulling my arm into the sleeve. Here is a photo of me and the snow angel I made.

Dear Gerber...

I want to thank you for making your "biter biscuits". My mommy introduced them to me this week and they are awesome!!! They are so much fun to rub between my gums and suck on since we think I am teething. It is also so neat to finally have a new consistency to play with (I mean eat) other than puree! They also leave the neatest residue on my feet, hands, tummy, and head (oh and sometimes mommy and/or daddy)! I really like to make a big mess with them.

My 6mo Appt!

Today I had my 6 month appointment and I am getting big!
Here are my stats:

Weight: 14lbs 9oz (20th percentile)
Height: 26in (60th percentile)
Head: 16.75in (51st percentile)

So I am tall and skinny. Yippee!!!! I then had to have yucky shots but it wasn't too bad. I rested up well last night to grow those extra few fractions of an inch. This is how mommy and daddy found me:

My weekend...

Hi Everyone, I had a BIG busy weekend. My Grandma and Grandpa came to visit for the weekend and spoiled me like crazy! Here is a picture of me with Grandpa! He is really cool.


Oh, and my BIG uncle Jeff came too. I like him a lot but got scared when he stood up holding me. He is TALL! Oh, and I had my baptism too and then a big party. There was a ham the size of me! Oh and food too. Hee hee hee. My Aunt Stacey and Uncle Adam came and visited too and I really like them. They seemed to really like me too. Mommy got a picture of them in front of the church, and amazingly Aunt Stacey wasn't struck by lightening when she walked through the doors. Hee hee hee.

I got bored halfway through the ceremony and had a snack on daddy's tie. It made everybody laugh so I kept it up. ;-)


The best part for me was when I got a little restless, Father Peter decided to give me a bath...well the start of one. That was pretty neat...I still wonder why he didn't finish. :-) Oh and see how tall my Uncle Jeff is? He will be the best godfather since everyone will be scared of him. :-)


After all that craziness I was sooooo tired I just had to take a nap. Can't wait to chat with everybody again soon!

Yummy

I'm 5 months old and mommy and daddy finally gave me real food! It was rice cereal! It smells kinda yucky but isn't half bad going down. Yippee! It also makes a good facial. :-)



Are we done yet? I've got things to do and I'm not sure how much I liked this.

OMG we are in so much trouble now. :-) Better start putting all the safety features on the outlets, drawers, and cabinets because this girl is ready to motor!

First Day of School (Day Care)

I had my first day of school (day care) today and it was fun! I of course had to wear my new back to school outfit! I also got to be a backseat driver as daddy got lost on the way there. hee hee hee

It was only a half day though, my full days don't start until Wednesday. I got to play with some other babies and I took a good nap. All the new stuff was just too exciting! Tomorrow I have so much more I want to do there!

Emily had her first dinner sitting in her high chair last night. Well...she sat and watched us eat. She's still not eating solids yet, but acting upset if she can't be part of the conversation at the meal!

To Grandma and Grandpa's House we went...

 

Mommy and I are back from my first big airplane trip to visit Grandma and Grandpa in North Carolina. I miss them already. We had lots of fun together and I got a bunch of new outfits including these cute overalls.

Today I'm off for a play-date with my friend Audrey.

New Toy!

So mommy decided I might be old enough to try my exersaucer. It was really cool and I held my head up like a big girl and kicked my legs and smiled at the attachments. But I think it was made for a much bigger baby because I had a hard time reaching things.
