Monday Morning Milk (1)

Daddy is starting a new feature on the blog, where each Monday morning he posts a picture of me drinking my milk, so we can see how I look throughout the year. (Let's see how many weeks in a row he actually remembers to do it.)

Week 1

One Last Walk On The Beach...

Tonight I took one last walk on the beach with Mommy and Daddy. I chased some birdies and actually splashed in the water...it was really fun. I'm going to miss the beach.

Tomorrow morning we start the long drive back to Massachusetts.

Mornin' swim...

This morning Mommy and Daddy took me down for another swim in the heated pool. Unfortunately we are starting the long drive back home early tomorrow morning. I'm going to miss Hilton Head. :(

 

 

Asleep at The Wheel...

This afternoon I refused to nap, so Daddy took me out for a bike ride. During which I proceeded to dose off....I guess I did need the rest after all. I suppose parents can be right every once-in-a-while. ;-)




For dinner we headed back to South Beach (this time Grandpa drove us) and ate at the Land's End Tavern. As you can see, my new doll Lucy also came with us. I ordered a yummy "Pirate Dog", in fact, I ate almost the whole thing (plus some of Mommy's dinner too).

 

 

 

After dinner we walked around the shops, saw some birdies (they were called Macaws) at the Salty Dog store. And we listened to some live music, but I didn't want to stay too long, because I thought it was too loud. :(

 

Breakfast Safari and The Beach

This morning Grandpa made me an elephant-shaped pancake. This is how it looked after I ate its ears...mmm...elephant ears.

Despite how I look in this picture, I really enjoyed eating bacon too.

After breakfast, we went for a walk on the beach. I even ran into this crazy girl that looked just like me, and wouldn't stop following me.

I saw lots of birdies and I chased after one to say hello, but it kept running away. :(



And then Mommy and Daddy chased after me...

The Pre-Dinner Olympic Games...

We went for another walk down to the beach, but didn't stay long, because it was very windy and the sand kept getting in my face. So after we got back, I still had some energy to burn before dinner.

First I played the "let's open all the cabinets" game. For some reason, I got the feeling that Mommy and Daddy didn't seem to enjoy this game as much as I did.




Then I ate some Cheetos...these things are really YUMMY!




Then Daddy and I did some tandem stroller rides around the condo.
He pushed me in my stroler, and I pushed my doll Lucy in her stroller.

 

Finally, I played some golf with the new set of clubs that my Uncle Jeff gave me.

 

 

 

Morning Crafts and Pool Time..

Just another quick update before my nap...

This morning after breakfast I had a lot of fun playing with the Play-Doh that Uncle Jeff gave me for my birthday.

 

 

Then we went to the heated pool and enjoyed the nice warm water.

 

I had a good time playing in the pool with Mommy and Daddy.

 

 

 

Harbour Town

Tonight we went over to Harbour Town for dinner and saw lots of birdies (sorry Grampy, they were the "tweet tweet" kind), boats, and a big lighthouse. I also got to play on the swings at the playground. Look how much I've changed in a year!

One Year Ago


Today

After dinner, I took my new doll for a walk in her little stroller. She was very well behaved...just like me. ;-)

Bike Riding and The Salty Dog...

More of my fun adventures at Hilton Head...

This morning, after Grandpa made me a yummy monkey-shaped pancake for breakfast, I did some finger painting with Daddy. I also got this very nice yellow balloon.

 

Then I went for a bike ride with Mommy and Daddy down to South Beach and we had a delicious lunch at The Salty Dog Cafe.

 

Here I am enjoying my apple juice and Little Jake Dog.

 

They even caught us on a hidden camera. :)

 

Once I wake up from my nap, I think we might go to the beach, or maybe to the pool...yay.
