February Update on the girls...

It's hard to believe that Claire is already 4 months old! She had her appt last week and here are her stats:

Height: 23.25in (14%tile)
Weight: 11lbs 6oz (7%tile)
Head: 16.5in (61%tile)

So still very short and skinny but a big head. It must be the big brain that she is sporting because we can already tell we are in for some trouble when she starts moving around. ;-) She is still sporting beautiful baby blue eyes, and her daddy is hoping she will keep them so that he can share that with someone other then Emily's rattle dolly and daughter ducky. :-)

She is rolling from back to front and tonight while doing tummy time rolled from front to back for the first time. Woohoo! Here is a picture of her tonight just before she did that:


She is cooing and giggling now which is so cute to hear. She also ADORES her sister Emily and is always arching herself to see her if she can't at that moment, and following her with her eyes when she cans. She also always has a big smile for her Daddy!


Emily is such a big girl now too, and will be three in just a couple of months. Her favorite thing to do now is wear her "ballerina" dresses and dance around the house.


That, or playing on mommy's laptop or daddy's iPod Touch (she's very serious about her games on it!). Emily amazes us everyday with her antics, commentary, and actions. She definitely keeps us on our toes!


Emily for the most part is still a fan of her little sister, but maybe not as mesmerized as her little sister is with her. :-)

Update with the girls!

I know it's been a while, but things are busy with two! :-)

1) Claire has discovered two new things in the past few weeks. She has figured out how to roll onto her tummy (except her right arm keeps getting in the way), and also her thumb. Looks like we have a thumb sucker this time around.

2) Emily LOVES the snow and I can't seem to get her out in it often enough. She just started Music Together classes with Mommy and will start pre-school next week for the first time. She's growing up so fast!


3) The girls love each other and it amazes me how cute they can be.

Claire is 2 months old!

Claire had her 2 month appointment today, and here are her stats (because I know you all really really want to know). ;-)

Height: 21.5in (13%tile)
Weight: 10lbs 1.2oz (23%tile)
Head: 15.5in (62%tile).

So still very petite and a big head. :-)

Since I can't drink milk yet...

Grandma Webb keeps asking me if I am smiling yet, and I wanted to answer...YES. :-) And now I can!!! CHEESE!!!


Oh, and this is my goofy sister trying to use my tub. Silly Emily....you're too big!!!

Just a few pictures of the girls in their dresses before the big meal! As Emily proudly told everyone "we're wearing polka dots! We match!" Claire on the other hand was not impressed that we wanted her to sit by herself. ;-)
